Yoga and meditation can enhance the quality of every person's life.  Soul Source offers a variety of classes giving students many options and opportunities to begin and continue their study of conscious living, in a safe and inviting atmosphere.   Our classes offer a compassionate and profound approach to the body/mind/spirit.

Study and practice at our studio, can engender deep and profound changes in your body and in your awareness.  It can relieve stress, and pain in the body and mind.  In yoga classes, props are used to enable each student to benefit from each pose, or asana, no matter what level of "fitness"or lack of!  Detailed, precise, personalized instructions are a part of every class.
