HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT CLASS FOR YOU:Beginners:Svaroopa yoga : If you are looking for a slower paced class that is good for all bodies and fitness levels - Svaroopa yoga classes may be right for you. The pace is relatively slow and gentle - using well supported poses to have a deep effect in reducing tension and pain. Experienced yoga students: If you have practiced yoga for a while but are new to Svaroopa Yoga and want to try this style, Beg/Continuing Svaroopa classes are appropriate for you. This is because Svaroopa is a radically different approach to yoga (still using traditional Hatha yoga poses) so you will want to take one of these courses so you can understand in your mind and body what this yoga can do for you and the nderlying approach we use. . Experienced Svaroopa yoga students: If you have been practicing Svaroopa yoga for a while and taking regular classes and you are practicing Svaroopa yoga at home on a daily basis, then you may be ready for the Deeper class.
